Architectural Standards and Review Requirements
All modifications to the exterior of houses and landscaping are subject to the Architectural Standards of the community. Approval is necessary through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The form to submit can be found at ARC VIOLATION, HEARING AND APPEAL PROCESS.
Note that there are restrictions for removing hardwood trees and exterior lighting, in addition to the standards below. See HARDWOOD TREE REMOVAL and EXTERIOR LIGHTING.
Current Architectural Standards - 2019
Below are the current Architectural Standards that were approved in December 2019. This document can be modified at any time by the discretion of the HOA Board and is considered a "living" document and part of our CC&R's.
