Hardwood Tree Removal - Especially Oak Trees
The HOA Requires and ARC Request to remove any trees on homeowner property in accordance to the Architectural Standard shown below. In addition, as of July 1, 2019, the HOA, under Florida Statute, is required to get a copy of the certification letter signed by an Arborist certified by the International Society of Arborist or a Florida Licensed Landscape Architect. Section 163.045 Tree pruning, trimming, or removal on residential 24 property.--
(1) A local government may not require a notice, 26 application, approval, permit, fee, or mitigation for the 27 pruning, trimming, or removal of a tree on residential property 28 if the property owner obtains documentation from an arborist 29 certified by the International Society of Arboriculture or a 30 Florida licensed landscape architect that the tree presents a 31 danger to persons or property
