Below, Members will find a copy of the 2018 Reserves Funding Study Document.  This document is PE Stamped and Certified by Licensed Florida Engineer and has been modified in Red to show the revisions made by the engineer.  In many cases, the HOA BOD had question the initial findings and we are still not in full agreements with the engineer and the company.
