Below, residents of Laurel Lakes will find a section of the Declarations, known as Section 7, with the current amendments showing what each homeowner, resident and renter are to responsible in complying with and rules of maintenance for which the HOA Assocaition are to enforce. Residing with the Covenants are the General Rules and Restrictions that accompany the Covenants and references to the current 2020 Architectural Standards. Both are listed below in Scribd Document.
