Below are the general Policy and Rules concerning the Nominating Committee. Each year the Board may call for a Nominating Committee to be created for the purpose of collecting, recording and presenting to the Secretary BOD Candidate Applications for an up coming BOD Member Election. This committee is also responsible for the official recording of votes and certification of the votes received at an election for a new BOD Member. If a committee is not appointed, then the process goes to the Property Management Company and to the current BOD Members.
