New treadmill installed in exercise room

The new treadmill has been installed and the feedback from those who have been using it is terrific!

Please be sure to follow the instructions before use.  

Wiping it down upon completion of your routine would be greatly appreciated!

 Interior painting of clubhouse is finished!

The interior painting of the clubhouse has been completed!  The new and lighter color gives the appearance of enlarging the room.  Most interesting is that new technology allows the room to be used the next day without any lingering paint odors!

Painting of the Guardhouse and the Clubhouse is now complete.

Work has been completed on the painting of the guardhouse and the clubhouse.  Additionally, work on the perimeter walls, both exterior and interior is underway.  Thanks to the entire board for their efforts in continuing to make our community an attractive place to live!
